While you were so worried about hurt feelings, it’s had the opposite effect being more of a help in all aspects of your life, instead of a hindrance. Just keep making decisions and communicating in a way that makes you feel good and proud, and let go of the reactions and responses of others that you can’t control. You took the reins at work, and the back-end of your business now feels like a well-oiled machine. It was almost 4 years since the 1st and 2nd bout, and July would have been that same mark since your last diagnosis and there wasn’t even a blip to worry about. When you think dark thoughts and get scared, just repeat your mantra, “I am here now”, breathe deeply, and let Luke comfort you. You are so loved.
